Bhawani Estates (Regd.) began as a Unit of Bhawani Builders & Contractors, set up to bring the same principles the construction business was built on — honesty, integrity and transparency — to property consultancy and financial advisory. Nearly four decades later, those principles haven't moved.
Today we operate as Property Consultants & Financial Advisors across Delhi, NCR, handling the sale, purchase, renting and collaboration of residential, commercial and institutional properties. Alongside this, our Landscape Architecture and Interior Project Management team designs and delivers spaces that are built to be lived and worked in, not just sold.
We work with a network of professional Real Estate Brokers, Agents and Property Dealers, and hold long-standing relationships with developers and builders of repute — relationships that take decades to earn, and that we put directly to work for our clients.
